What You Need to Know Before Your Inspection
What to Expect - When you schedule an inspection with us, our inspector will arrive at the property location to conduct a thorough inspection. We strongly encourage you to attend the inspection so that any questions or concerns can be addressed in real-time. The duration of the inspection will vary depending on the size and complexity of the property, but it typically takes 2-3 hours.
Radon Tests - If you are concerned about Radon levels in your area, we offer a Radon test as an additional service to your inspection, with prices starting at $175.
Termite Inspection - Termites can cause significant damage to homes, which is why we offer a thorough Wood Destroying Insect certification as part of our inspection for $75.
Technology - We use the latest industry technology for your inspection at no additional charge. Our inspector may use a moisture meter or a state-of-the-art thermal imaging camera to help detect any moisture infiltration.
Reports - After your inspection, we will provide you with a detailed PDF report that includes pictures and can be accessed via computer, tablet, or phone. You can expect to receive your report within 24-48 hours after the inspection.
